Lulworth Bud Vase No. 49
Lulworth bud vase, glazed in a pink crystalline glaze.
Named after Lulworth Cove, Dorest. Thrown on the wheel using 1lb of clay. Fired to 1260 degrees centigrade with a special slow cooling which allows the crystals to grow. There is a small patch of crawling on the rim of this vase, you can see it in the 5th picture, this have been reflected in the price. The vase in the picture is the vase you will receive. My potter’s mark is on the base.

Due to a small area of ‘crawlin'g’ on the rim this vase is a lower price. This is visible in the 5th picture.
Made with lead free glazes.
