Pottery jar with raw cork stopper.

Hand thrown on the wheel with stoneware clay. Once bone dry it was fired to 1060 degrees centigrade. Glazed with a crystal matt green-blue glaze on the exterior. The interior has been glazed in transparent. A beautiful effect has been created on the rim where the two glazes have merged.

Fired to 1240 degrees centigrade.
My maker’s mark is on the base.
