Granite Pot IV
Straight sided pot, glazed in a cobalt granite glaze.
Reminiscent of granite tors of my native Devon. Thrown on the wheel using fine white porcelain clay. Glazed in a satin granite grey glaze on the exterior and a glossy transparent on the interior. The pot is then fired a second time to 1260 degrees centigrade making it strong and durable. My potter’s mark is on the base. The pot in the picture is the pot you will receive.
