Hues of soft, misty blues, gentle greys and subtle pinks meld together, mirroring the ethereal fog that drifts over the peaks of Skye.
Two piece set; consisting of an ice-cream bowl and espresso pourer.
Handmade on my potter's wheel using grey Scandinavian stoneware clay. I leave it to dry for a day or two and then fettle the bases and add my potter's mark. The forms are then left to completely dry for a week. Once bone dry they’re fired to 1060 degrees centigrade.
I use one of my favourite glazes for this little jug and bowl set - inspire by Glenbrittle beach - which allows the natural speckle of the clay beneath to show through.
They are then fired a second time to 1240 degrees centigrade making it strong and durable. My potter’s mark is on the base.

Made with lead free glazes.
Dishwasher safe but its kinder to hand wash.
