Made using black stoneware clay. Two separate pieces were thrown on my potters wheel. Once leather hard I trimmed the bowl of the top and the base. At this stage the butter curl is added. Glazed with a beautiful glossy blue glaze which drifts down the form. Twice fired to 1240 degrees centigrade. The butter dish in the pictures is the one you’ll receive.
My potter’s mark is on the base.

Height: 10 - 11cm, 3 ½ - 4 inches
Dinnerware safe. Made with lead free glaze.
Hand wash where possible.
