Made using black stoneware clay. Two separate pieces were thrown on my potters wheel. Once leather hard I trimmed the bowl of the top and the base. At this stage the butter curl is added. Glazed with a beautiful glossy blue glaze which trails its fingers down the form. Twice fired to 1240 degrees centigrade.
My potter’s mark is on the base.

Diameter: 15cm, 5 3/4 inches
Height: 10 - 11cm, 3 - 4 inches
Dinnerware safe. Made with lead free glaze.
Hand wash where possible.
